This journal records the earlier Voyager 001 research. It is separate from the current Timekeeper prototype, and is retained so the choices and open questions remain visible.

The Timekeeper
comes first.
One painted Timekeeper prototype has been commissioned from Big Child Room. The first sample is untagged; the physical review and an NFC pilot are separate steps. The Voyager study below is on hold and does not describe the status of that commission.

Walnut, brass and finish questions are framed for testing. No physical result is claimed.

The Foundry Call opened
The call sought a maker able to question the brief, test it and leave a trace. This Voyager route is now on hold.

A private maker passage was built
Scouting, invitation, conversation, paid scope and sign-off now form one careful route.

The first physical proof
No maker is selected. No commission is issued. No sample has been made. This mark must be earned.
